These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before you pay. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Who we are

Vintage Warehouse Glasgow is a trading name of R and BM Logistics Limited, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC769949. Our registered office is Bay E, Barclay Curle Complex, South Street, Glasgow G14 0BX. Our VAT number is GB 522 8334 04. You can email us at [email protected].

What we sell

We sell vintage and new clothing by the bag. Each bag is a mixed lot: the product page tells you the approximate weight, the number of pieces and the range of sizes, where we give them. Vintage clothing is secondhand and shows the signs of wear that come with its age; that wear is part of the description, not a fault. Bags are sold as described on the product page at the time you order.

How to order

1. Choose a bag and press "Add to basket".
2. Open your basket to check what you are buying, the delivery charge and the total price including VAT.
3. Press "Pay now" to go to our secure payment page, provided by Stripe, where you enter your delivery address and card details.
4. Press Stripe's pay button to place your order and pay. This is the point at which you commit to buying.
5. We email you an order confirmation with your invoice attached. The contract between us is formed when we send that email. Very rarely a bag sells out while a payment is still going through. If that happens, we will tell you and refund what you paid for that bag, and the delivery charge too if nothing else in your order can be sent.

Before you press Stripe's pay button you can check and correct your order. In your basket you can change the quantity of a bag or remove it. On the payment page you can check and change your email address, phone number, addresses and card details. If you leave the payment page by its back link, nothing is charged and your basket is kept, so you can correct it and pay when you are ready.

These terms and your contract with us are in English only. We keep a record of your order and its invoice, and your order confirmation email is your copy: it sets out your order, has your invoice attached as a PDF and links to the invoice online. We do not keep a separate copy of these terms for each order, so please save or print this page if you want to keep the version that applies to your order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. The delivery charge is shown next to every price, in your basket and on the payment page before you pay. Payment is by debit or credit card through Stripe. We never see your card details.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Dispatched within 2 working days. Delivered by courier in 2–3 working days. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund. The bag is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you or to someone you have asked to receive it.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you have nominated other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To cancel, tell us by a clear statement: write to Vintage Warehouse Glasgow, Bay E, Barclay Curle Complex, South Street, Glasgow G14 0BX, or email us at [email protected]. You may use our model cancellation form, but you do not have to. You only need to send your cancellation before the 14 days end.

If you cancel, we will refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or 14 days after you send us proof of posting if that is earlier. If you cancel before we have sent your bag, we will refund you no later than 14 days after you tell us. We refund by the same method you used to pay, and you will not be charged for the refund. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is needed to check them.

You must send the goods back, or hand them over to us, at Vintage Warehouse Glasgow, Bay E, Barclay Curle Complex, South Street, Glasgow G14 0BX within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. You pay the cost of returning the goods when you cancel under this right.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If a bag is not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that are in addition to the right to cancel above. Within 30 days of delivery you may reject it for a full refund. After that we will offer a replacement or a refund. We pay the cost of returning faulty or misdescribed goods. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us at [email protected] with your invoice number and we will reply as soon as we can. We aim to put things right quickly and fairly.

About these terms

We may update these terms; the version shown on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and any dispute may be brought in the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
